Individual Participation

  • Group Leadership Training

    The initial cohort of WMLI participants will have the ability to work in a group setting with 10-20 peers to discuss leadership development in the workplace and the community. Participants will build their personal and professional networks while gaining leadership skills.

  • Individual Coaching Opportunities

    Participants will have the opportunity to work with professional coach and facilitator Colene Elridge for two one-on-one coaching sessions. These personalized sessions can help participants hone their skills and develop their personal brand to fit their professional and/or personal leadership goals.

  • Participation Stipend

    Participants who are selected for the initial WMLI cohort will receive a stipend of $2,500 for their participation in the program. The stipend will be divided into multiple payments, for a total of $2,500.

  • Grantmaking Opportunities

    Following completion of the 13 month program, participants will have the amazing opportunity to develop proposals for grant funding for needs and opportunities in Winchester/Clark County from a pool of up to $250,000 in grant funds!
